Slitting Line
Headline: Trim and/or splits coils with longitudinal and cross sections to generate new slitter.Description: This equipment is composed of 4 operating points: entry section, inspection section, control section and exit section. Its production capacity is 12,000 t/month at a speed of up to 250 m/min. Works with 3 types of surfaces (Internal, Semi-exposed and Exposed) and has a cutting accuracy of +/- 0.5 mm. It has an electrostatic oiling machine of 0.5 g/m² up to 3 g/m² on each side.

Inspection Line
Headline: Performs cross section cuts (split coils), trims edges, allows inspection of coil surface of coils for exposed parts and/or defects.
Description: Its production capacity is 12,000 t/month and it works with 3 types of surfaces (Internal, Semi-exposed and Exposed). It also has electrostatic oiling machine and side shears. With this equipment you can inspect the two faces of the material, rework (re-oiling, weight adjustment and resampling).

Press Blanking Line
Headline: Cuts coils into straight or trapezoidal blanks – using slitter- and configured blanks.
Description: This equipment is composed of 3 operating points: entry section, control section and exit section. Its production capacity is 5,000 t/month at a speed of up to 70 hits/min. Works with 3 types of surfaces (Internal, Semi-exposed and Exposed) and has a cutting accuracy of +/- 0.5 mm. Its maximum angle is 30º. It has two tables for simultaneous stacking.

Cut-to-length Line
Headline: Cuts coils into straight or trapezoidal blanks – using slitter. Line 1 can trim edges.
Description: Its production capacity is 4.000 t/month, with a maximum angle of 35º (oscillating matrix) and full feed of 4,500 mm (rectangle) and 5,500 mm (angled). It has 4 tables for stacking. The Cross Section Line 1 has side shears to trim the edges.

Blanking Line
Headline: Cuts coils into straight blanks using cross-shears.
Description: Its production capacity is 1,000 t/month with a feed of 100 mm 200 mm to 2,000 mm. It has a trowel which ensures the flatness of straight blanks. It has a loop strip accumulator and a table for stacking.

Laser Welding Line
Headline: Welds straight, trapezoidal or configured blanks using a laser process.
Description: Its production capacity is 1,000 t/month at a welding speed of up to 12 m/min, and a power of 8,000 W. It has automatic inspection by ultrasound that facilitates inspection of the weld bead and a table for stacking blanks. The Laser Welding Line uses argon, nitrogen and helium gases in the welding process.
