CSN 50 Rebar
With a round core geometric configuration especially designed for greater adherence to concrete and high performance in Cutting and Bending equipment, CSN 50 Rebar was developed using very high level technology, fully meeting the specifications for the CA-50 category of ABNT NBR 7480 brazilian standard.
All CSN 50 series products have a certificate of approval issued by the product certifying body accredited by the National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology (INMETRO).

Process Control
The CSN 50 Rebar is produced with rigorous metrological monitoring (Geometry, Linear Mass and Length), where all control, inspection and release processes are carried out by a specialized technical team, using modern laboratories with proper equipment that meet the most stringent standards required by ABNT NBR ISO 10012 and ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
Mill Test Certificate
Every supply of CSN 50 Rebar comes with a mill test certificate, where the traceability of the material is ensured individually for each bundle or roll, containing the results obtained in mechanical tests for release.
Identification Label
The rolls and bundles of CSN 50 Rebar are identified with a label specifying the product traceability information and INMETRO safety seal.
The rolls have a standard weight of 2,000 kg and two identification labels are attached to their ends, identifying the correct way to uncoil them.
CSN 25 Rebar
With a smooth surface and produced according to the specifications of category CA-25 of ABNT NBR 7480 brazilian standard, the CSN 25 Rebar has a certificate of approval issued by the product certifying body accredited by the National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology (INMETRO).
CSN 25 Rebar was developed for the most diverse applications using reinforced concrete, and can be sold in straight bar bundles with gauges sized 16.0 to 32 mm, weighting 2,000 kg.

Wire Rod
Designed with high technology resources from Research and Development, the CSN Wire Rod is produced with innovating features that give the final product a quality for processes of pickling, wire drawing, cold-rolling and mechanical forming, meeting the main national and international standards.
The CSN Wire Rod can be supplied in steel produced through Basic Oxygen and Electric Arc Furnace steelmaking , allowing the use of the product in several applications, from the production of parts with severe cold forming to products of high mechanical strength used in civil construction and industry.

Structural Shapes
The CSN Structural Shapes are made from 100% recycled steel through a hot-rolling process in modern equipment, ensuring very high control of the product‘s dimensional characteristics and mechanical properties.
With more than 250 types of shapes and meeting the main international technical standards (ABNT, ASTM, DIN, BS, JIS and UIC), the CSN Structural Shapesare supplied in bundles of up to 4,000 kg and with standard length of 12 meters.

Technical Standards
As a standard of supply, the profiles are produced according to ASTM A6/A6M standard for the dimensional characteristics and the ASTM A36/A36M, ASTM A572/A572M and ASTM A992/A992M standards for mechanical properties.

CSN Structural Shapes are packed with metal strips, ensuring the product‘s physical integrity, and ensuring greater safety during handling, storage and transport.
