Pre-Sales includes preventive consultation with the customer (in any region of Brazil), to evaluate their precise needs. This ensures that the chosen material will have all the right performance attributes.

This service is performed during a series of planned visits; so that technical information can be passed back to programming and production staff at INAL; further guaranteeing that the customer receives the quality product they expect.

Post-Sales takes place by corrective consultation with the client at their request; this can be to resolve queries about the application of the material or where the material does not fulfill all expectations.
